1.  All USGA Rules prevail.

2.  Winter Rules prevail.

3.  All fences & boundaries marked by white stakes are out of bounds.

4.  All creeks & ditches are water hazards.  If ball is unplayable, drop on tee side with 1 (one) penalty stroke.

5.  If ball hits bridge on Hole 7 before hitting ground, drive another.  No penalty.

6.  All "Ground Under Construction" - lay back in line of flight.  No penalty.

7.  Let faster players play through.

8.  5 minute time limit for lost balls.

9.  No more than 4 players in a group, unless permission granted.

10.  Replace divots.  Repair ball marks.
